PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The WorkShell is a weather-proof shelter that attaches to shipping containers and other structures.
It allows customers to expand their work space, protect their equipment, and be more productive.
INDUSTRIAL STEEL FRAME SHELTER / PVC 610G COVER

SETUP OPTIONS
The WorkShell is a fully modular system. It can be setup in multiple configurations including using just the roof on its own or adding a frontwall, backwall and sidewall. It can be connected directly to shipping containers or secured to supporting walls. The WorkShell can be assembled using standard work tools. Assembly normally takes 1-2 days.

RIGGING OPTIONS
Fastens to shipping containers using Container Brackets. This method is fast and does not damage the containers.
Anchors to concrete walls using Anchoring Brackets. This method requires the brackets to be fixed by drilling and bolting them bracket to the wall.

The frontwall, backwall and sidewall can either be fixed to the ground using anchoring bolts (into cement), or ground pegs (into hardened earth).
MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS
This structure complies with American IBC regulations and standards as well as EN and ISO standards.
The steel framework is made from ASTM A283 Gr. B (ENS185 / EN10025-2 / DIN ST33 / S235JR) 60 x 60 x 1.8mm, and ASTM A36 grade (ENS235J2 / EN10025-2 / S275JR) 60 x 60 x 1.8mm cold-roll profiles. All steel is galvanized to ASTM A123 standards (ISO 1461).
The PVC cover is made from 610g reinforced PVC and is flame retardant to ASTM E136, ASTM E84, NFPA 701, and DIN 4102-1 class B2 standards. The PVC tensile strength warp is 2965 N, and weft is 2282 N. The tear resistance warp is 456 N, and weft is 314 N. The temperature resistance of the PVC is -30 to +70 °C.
The steel sheeting is made from coated, cold rolled 0.5-0.6mm custom formed steel panels. The colored coating is a metallic paint with three additional layers including a primer, and a chemically hardened finishing coat. Certified to ISO9001 standards.
All bolts and nuts are made to ISO 898 standards. The Expansion Anchors (for anchoring into cement) are MKT Sup-R-Stud V-TZ.
A technical file on the product, including construction drawings, structural calculations in accor- dance with IBC standards, and an assembly manual are included.
